Our multidisciplinary team brings together professionals from counseling, social work, psychology, and psychiatry to provide coordinated, holistic care tailored to your needs.

↬  Therapy Services: Our therapists are trained in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and multicultural care, with expertise in specialized modalities like EMDR and DBT. They support patients of all ages with concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, OCD, grief, and relationship challenges.

↬  Psychiatric Services: Our psychiatric team is comprised of highly trained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), many of whom have extensive hospital and acute care experience. They provide outpatient medication evaluations and management for a wide range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan.

Together, our clinicians ensure that each patient receives comprehensive, well-rounded care—therapy and psychiatry working hand-in-hand.
